Malmo Apartments

The Malmo Apartments is a new-construction multi-family project in the Shoreline neighborhood.  Our firm was responsible for selection and specification of all finishes, fixtures and colors for the unit interiors, common areas and building exterior.  The flooring is LVT (luxury vinyl tile) from Evoke in most units, with some units in concrete.  Granite countertops, fun paint colors and modern cabinetry are added touches. The clean, colorful and light filled units bring modern and urban style to this North Seattle neighborhood.  We designed, selected and installed one complete model unit with unique art and accessories.  Click here to see apartment website.
