Collins on Pine

This new-construction multi-family project is located in the popular Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. Our firm was responsible for selection and specification of all finishes, fixtures and colors for the unit interiors, common areas and building exterior. The flooring is LVT (luxury vinyl tile) from Evoke in most units, with some units in concrete. Granite countertops, fun paint colors and modern cabinetry are added touches. The units and common areas feature modern finishes and colors which fit in perfectly to this on-trend neighborhood. We designed, selected and installed one complete model unit with unique art and accessories.
