Magnolia Spanish Style Remodel
Every corner of this home in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle was extensively remodeled plus the addition of a new master suite on the upper level. The kitchen was completely redesigned and remodeled and includes painted cabinets, quartz countertops, butcher block island, porcelain tile floors and backsplash which features subway tile with a Walker Zanger tile accent. The style of the home was updated to the client’s Spanish taste with touches inside and out that included custom designed tile stair risers, new metal stair railing and lighting throughout. The new master suite features a bathroom with soaking tub, large tile shower and long vanity with Encore Ceramics tile. The finished home is a modern interpretation of the Spanish Mediterranean theme.
